Two days of rich and intense individual transformation, fully immersing ourselves in the rainbow of the 7 main chakras.

You will receive a comprehensive overview of the various domains governed by each chakra, and be guided to your very own experience of those fabulous worlds through tailored exercises (yoga, meditation, vizualisations and practical tools).

My wish is to provide an immediate and transformative experience, rather than a comprehensive analysis of possible blocks, far beyond our thinking mind's reach. Each participant will be invited to live these moments in his/her unique way, in a kind, respectful and secure environment.
